Focus:  Altar of praise and worship, for who God is and for 2025

Text:

Rev 4:11: You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power; For you created all things, and by your will they exist and were created.

Ps 103:2 -5: Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction,Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

Burden: An altar of praise shifts the atmosphere and enthrones God in our midst. When we worship Him for who He is, we acknowledge His sovereignty over all seasons past, present, and future. Let us lift our hearts and voices in pure worship, setting aside every distraction and magnifying the Lord who alone is worthy of all praise.

Prayer Points

  • Worship God for who He is. Exalt Him as God, the Faithful One, the Unchanging King, worthy of all glory, honour, and praise. Revelation 4:11
  • Worship God for His character and nature. Magnify Him for His holiness, mercy, love, righteousness, power, faithfulness,  and sovereignty over all things. Ps 150
  • Offer thanks for the benefits received in 2025. Thank God for life, preservation, provision, victories, open doors, help, lessons, and visible and invisible blessings. Ps 103:2-5
  • Present heartfelt thanksgiving for the benefits not yet received. Thank God for those unanswered prayers. Appreciate the Lord for what seems like delays and closed doors. Thank God for hidden protections and preservation. 1Thessalonians 5:18

Focus: Worship the Lord for the year 2026

Text:

Ps 67: 5-7: Let the people praise you, oh God; Let all the people praise you. Then the earth shall yield her increase: God our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us. All the ends of the earth shall fear him

Burden: As 2026 unfolds, worship the Lord who already dwells in it. Praise Him because your times and seasons are in His hands, and He has gone ahead to prepare the year for His glory and your good. Lift your voice in worship, declare your trust, gratitude, and expectation that 2026 is secured in God’s perfect will for all TACEFites

Prayer Points

  • Worship the Lord for The African Church. Exalt the Lord for the revival vision entrusted to TACEF. Worship God: He alone births, sustains, and fulfills revival mandates. Heb 1:3
  • Worship God as the Sovereign Lord over Nigeria and all nations of the earth, reigning above all systems and powers. Rom 13:1
  • Thank the Lord for every single moment and day in the year 2026 as a year of becoming, a season of growth, a time of knowing and fulfilment for all TACEFites. Ps 67:5-7
  • Offer thanks to God, the faithful God who goes ahead to fulfill every great and precious promise concerning you in 2026. 2 Pet 1:4

Focus: Mercy to be made whole

Text:

Eph 2:4-5: But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, by grace ye are saved.

Burden: Mercy is God’s loving response to our brokenness, especially where sinful habits have held us bound. It is mercy that breaks cycles, silences guilt, and restores what sin has damaged. When we come honestly before God, His mercy not only pardons our sins, but it also begins a deep work of healing and renewal in the heart. God grants total forgiveness and the grace to walk away from old ways. He cleanses conscience, strengthens the will, and empowers us to live free. As we cry out for mercy, we receive not just forgiveness, but wholeness and freedom to live a life pleasing to God and aligned with His purpose.

Prayer Points

  • Ask God for forgiveness of all known and unknown sins. Confess sins of thought, word, attitude, and action. Plead the blood of Jesus for cleansing and restoration. Daniel 9:5
  • Ask for God’s mercy to pardon all unfaithfulness, negligence, procrastination and lukewarmness in handling God’s work and Kingdom assignments. Repent of self-interest, distraction, or compromise in service unto the Lord. Luke 12:48
  • Seek grace to abstain from sin and every form of compromise. Pray for strength to resist temptation and ungodliness. Ask that God reorder your desires toward righteousness. Psalm 119:133
  • Pray for the grace to forsake sinful habits and lifestyles permanently. Ask for a clean heart and renewed mind. Ask God to perfect holiness in your life through His mercy. Isaiah 55:6-7, 2 Corinthians 7:1

Focus: Mercy to know Him

Text:

Jer 31:34: And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more”.

Burden: The knowledge of God is accessed by mercy, not by effort alone; without mercy, revelation remains distant, and intimacy is shallow. When God shows mercy, veils are lifted, and hearts begin to see clearly. Today, we cry for mercy, to truly know Him.

Prayer Points

  • Receive God’s unfailing mercy over the vision and mandate of revival (TACEF). Pray that God will preserve, purify, and advance the vision according to His will. Ask that the knowledge of God spread through TACEF without dilution or compromise. Jer 31:34
  • Pray for mercy over The African Church. Ask that all self-interest, unforgiveness,  division, pride, and resentment give way by the mercy of God. Pray for mercy over Nigeria. Ask that the knowledge of God will return to the land. Silence and destroy every altar of falsehood, evil agenda, and banditry. Habak.3:2
  • Ask that the mercy of God triumph over all judgments against you and your household in the year 2026. James 2:13
  • Ask for mercy to know God more deeply each day in the year 2026. Pray for an increased hunger for God’s presence, ways, and will. Phi 3:10

Focus: Mercy and grace for the time of need

Text:

Heb 4:16: Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”.

Burden: As we journey on, every season of need is an invitation to know God more and approach His throne with confidence, where mercy and grace are made available at the right time.  God is our present help, and we are assured in this new year that help is ever present, grace is sufficient, and mercy will speak for us in all our journeys.”.

Prayer Points

  • Ask for boldness to access the throne of grace in every season of need. Receive grace to turn to God and know Him more when all around you give way and human help fails. Psalm 46:1, 2 Corinthians 12:9
  • Ask for mercy to overcome all temptations. Receive grace for times of weakness and failure. Pray that the Lord will supply strength, sustain, and grant you victory over all temptations, addictions, and sin in this new year. Hebrews 4:16; 2 Corinthians 12:9, I Corin 15:57-58
  • Pray for timely help in every season of need, delays, health, finances, family, ministry challenges, and leadership responsibilities. Lamentations 3:22-23
  • Receive inner strength over all sorts of spiritual weariness. Pray for mercy and grace to endure trial, remain faithful, wax great, and finish strong, fulfilling divine purpose. Hebrews 12:28; Jude 1:24

Focus: Power to wait and tarry in His presence

Text:

Isa 40:31: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Ps 27:14 : Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD..

Burden : “Waiting on God” is an active, faith-filled process of trusting His perfect timing. It is not passive idleness; it involves prayer, obedience, and focusing on His character to build spiritual strength, deepen faith, and wait expectantly for His action. Whether for personal needs, breakthroughs, or guidance, we must trust that He is working behind the scenes. If we don’t wait and tarry in the presence of God, we become powerless, and the devil can toss us around like a fatherless child..

Prayer Points

  • Receive inner strength to wait upon God in word, prayer, and fasting without weariness, fainting, or distraction. Ps 27:4
  • Ask for a deep hunger and thirst to know God and tarry in His presence. Reject every spirit of haste, impatience, indiscipline, and inconsistency that takes you away from God’s presence. Ps 42-1 -2, Lam 3:25-26.
  • Ask that the Holy Spirit empower you at all times. Receive grace not to lose hope or confidence in the ability of God to save, in whatever you are trusting Him for. 1 John 5:14
  • Pray that the Lord will empower you and all TACEFites to stand firm in Christ. Ask that he anoints us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put His Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come in this new year. 2 Cor 1:21-22
  •

Focus: Knowing the Power of His Resurrection

Text:

Phil 3:10: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death

Rom 8:11: But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you

Burden: The resurrection of Jesus has granted us life; it offers believers victory over sin, hope in suffering, and the promise of eternal life. It enables us to live transformed and righteous lives, replaces despair with hope, bondage with freedom, and brokenness with wholeness. Pray to receive the power to overcome temptation, find joy, overcome sickness, and conquer death in this new year

Prayer Point

  • Ask for the resurrection power to overcome all kinds of addictions, immoral thoughts, unforgiveness, bitterness, fear, offences, etc., that easily beset you and keep you in perpetual bondage. Break the yoke of captivity by the resurrection power of Jesus. Col 2:13-15
  • Receive spiritual restoration, awakening, and hope for yourself and all TACEFites that have become tired, weary, wounded, sick, lukewarm in the journey of faith and work of revival. Ask that the resurrection power bring about spiritual prowess, passion, freshness, and give strength and hope to the fainthearted. Rom 8:11, Eph 2:5.
  • Dethrone everything that reigns against the knowledge of God in your physical body. Seek the repairing, rebuilding, restoration, and healing of your body by the resurrection power of Christ. Rom 8:11
  • Ask that the power that raised Christ from the dead will restore all lost virtues, gifts (spiritual and physical), opportunities, sound mind, love, and affection in things of God and Christian homes. Ask for the repairing, rebuilding, restoration, and healing of all broken homes and the good things the enemy has taken away from your life, ministry, and family. 1Pet 1:3
  •

Focus: Victory and Wisdom through the Knowledge of God

Text:

1 Cor 1:30: But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption.

2 Cor 2:14: But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere.

Burden: Our victory is in having deep intimacy with God. True knowledge of God opens eyes and enlightens the heart. Passion and activity without revelation lead to error. True fire burns with wisdom, not noise. Seek to know God intimately—like a father to a child. Receive wisdom to navigate 2026, and you will see God come through with victory on all sides.

Prayer Point

  • Pray for true knowledge of God beyond head knowledge. Ask for a deeper understanding of God, which causes you to know His ways, not just His acts. John 17:3, Eph 1:17.
  • Ask that the Lord fill you with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, to navigate 2026 and to live a life that pleases God and bring forth fruits in Jesus’ name. Col 1:9-10.
  • Receive victory over all works of darkness, weapons of warfare fashioned against you, principalities and powers, and challenges that come your way in 2026. 2 Cor 2:14
  • Refuse to tread any path of death in this new year. Ask the Lord to show you the path of life and ask that 2026 be your year of fullness of joy. Psalm 16:11, Isa 12:3
  •

Focus: Taking off all the veil of ignorance

Text:

Eph 4:18 : Having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart.

2 Cor 3:16: Nevertheless, when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.”

Burden: Spiritual ignorance limits intimacy with God. As we turn fully to the Lord, every veil covering our spiritual understanding is removed, and revelation flows freely

Prayer Point

  • Ask for knowledge through intimacy with God that directs your zeal into divine alignment with God’s purpose for your life. Rom 10:2
  • Pray that your eyes be opened to see what is destroying your life, your walk with God, your home, your marriage, your children, and your health. Receive grace to stop, remove, and do away with them. Eph 4:18, Eph 1:18
  • Pray for yourself, and all TACEFites, TACEF leaders, The African Church leaders, Nigeria leaders, etc., to know the things which will give peace but have been hidden from our eyes. Hos 7:9, Luke 19:41-42
  • Ask that God remove every veil of spiritual ignorance covering your heart and mind, alienating you from the life of God. Ask for the renewal of your mind and pray that the light of the knowledge of God shine in your heart. 2 Cor. 4:3-6, Eph. 4:18, Ephesians 1:17-18; 4:23

Focus: Transformation through Knowing God

Text:

2 Cor 3:18: But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image.

Burden: It is possible to be gifted and anointed, yet unknown to God. True knowledge of God transforms character, not just ministry results. The more we behold Him, the more our lives, character, and behaviour reflect His glory.

Prayer Point

  • Pray that every old, sinful nature that contradicts God’s image in you be removed. Receive deliverance from every form of conformity to the world. Eph. 4:22-24, Rom. 12:2
  • Pray that all manifestations of flesh and sinful desires like sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarrelling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these come to an end in your life. Gal 5:19-21,24
  • Ask that the Lord work in you both to will and do of His good pleasure. Pray that the Lord changes your desire, thoughts, and actions to conform to His will. Phi 2:13
  • Ask that the Holy Spirit continually conform you to the image of Christ and empower you to walk daily in the newness of life. Pray that the fruit of the Spirit, like love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, begin to grow and manifest in your life. Gal 5:22-23, Romans 6:4
  •

Focus: Strength through knowing God

Text:

Dan 11: 32b: But the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.

Burden: Spiritual strength and stability are derived from intimacy with God. Exploits are not products of zeal alone, but of intimate knowledge. Strength for the last days flows from deep acquaintance with God, not shallow religion. It is the people who know their God that can be strong and do exploits.  Knowing Him empowers believers to rise above limitations and fulfil divine assignments. God alone grants unchanging stability, steadfastness, and faithfulness in this ever-changing world. Pray for unshakable security and stability in 2026.

Prayer Point

  • Ask for strength to overcome fear, weakness, and intimidation from enemies. Pray that the Lord will secure and preserve all that concerns and belongs to you. Isa 41:10, Ps 18:32
  • Ask for divine strength in the year 2026 to walk with God and not faint, to run and not become weary. Ask for a knowing that makes you stand firm and keeps you shielded and protected against depression, unhappiness, unbelief, storms, and challenges. Isa 40:31
  • Pray for divine strength to do great exploits for God in the year 2026. Ask that you be equipped to build old waste places, raise up the foundations of many generations, become a repairer of the breach, and the restorer of paths to dwell in. Daniel 11:32, Isa 58:12
  • Pray that the Lord will be the stability of your times; a storehouse of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge. Ask that He will be your anchor. He will set your feet on the rock and establish your goings, and make your footsteps firm in 2026. Isa 33:6

Focus: Faith that overcomes

Text:

1 John 5:4: This is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith

Eph 6:16: In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one

Burden: Our faith is the key to victory. Intimacy with God fuels living faith. As our relationship with Him deepens, our confidence and victory in Christ are renewed. A persistent and active belief in God and Jesus Christ empowers us believers to triumph over worldly challenges, temptations, and fears, not by avoiding problems, but by trusting in God’s strength and promises to see us through. All trials are opportunities for spiritual growth and to showcase the victory of the cross

Prayer Point

  • Reject every fear, faithlessness, and unbelief that has limited the manifestation of God in your life. Jam 1:6, Heb 3:12
  • Ask for baptism, outpouring, and manifestation of the gift of Faith to obtain the promises of God for your life and live a victorious life in 2026. 1Cor. 12:7,9a, Jude 1:20
  • Receive power to quench the raging fire of the enemy and escape any weapon fashioned against you. Reject every stone of affliction, offence, sickness, poverty, and spiritual unfruitfulness thrown at you and all TACEFites. Isa 59 v 19, Heb 11:33-34.
  • Pray that the Lord defends, delivers, and preserves your home, health, ministry, children, and all that belongs to you. Declare that the Lord is your defence and salvation. Isa 31 v 4-5, Isa 12: 2

Focus: Light and preservation through the Knowledge of God

Text:

Isa 60:18-20: No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders. But you will name your walls Salvation and your gates Praise. No longer will the sun be your light by day, nor the brightness of the moon shine on your night; for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your splendour. Your sun will no longer set, and your moon will not wane; for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and the days of your sorrow will cease

John 10:28: And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand

Burden: God is the ultimate source of light. He gives guidance, truth, and hope to anyone who comes to Him. He alone preserves, provides protection, provision, and salvation for all who know Him. Receive God’s presence, preservation, and guidance for every day in 2026.

Prayer Point

  • Declare that God is your Emmanuel in 2026. Ask for His continuous presence to direct, lead, guide, counsel and assure you throughout the year. Psalm 73:23-24
  • Ask for grace to follow Jesus, walk in truth, and never walk in darkness, lies or error. Declare 2026 as a year of light. No darkness at all. John 8 v 12, 1 John 1:5
  • Pray that the light of God shine on all sides of your life where darkness currently thrives and ask that the Lord lead you out of all fruitless and hopeless situations that represent the shadow of death. Matthew 4:16, Isa 60:19
  • Ask for preservation and security of all that the lord has given to you. John 10:28, Isa 60 v 2-3, Isa 60:20

Focus: Enthroning Jehovah over the year 2026

Text:

Isa 40:21-22: Do you not know? Have you not heard? Has it not been declared to you from the beginning? Have you not understood since the foundation of the earth? He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth; its dwellers are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in.

Dan 4:17: This decision is by the decree of the watchers, and the sentence by the word of the holy ones, in order that the living may know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, gives it to whomever He will, and sets over it the lowest of men

Exo 6:2-4: And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the Lord: And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name Jehovah was I not known to them. And I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, wherein they were strangers

Burden: The name, “Jehovah”, represents a fuller revelation of God’s power to fulfil His promises and redeem from bondage. Knowing God is knowing the exceeding greatness of this power. As we know Him, we become like Him. We serve a mighty God whose kingdom does not have an end, and everywhere we find ourselves as his representative, the authority and greatness of the God we serve must be seen and felt. In this season of becoming, we enforce the Lordship of Jesus in and around us. We dethrone other things that reign against the knowledge of God in our lives. We enthrone the King of kings, the Lord our Jehovah. He alone rules and reigns over the affairs of men!

Prayer Point

  • Enthrone the Lord God Jehovah over your life, family, marriage, work, ministry, etc., declare Him as your banner, shepherd, healer, righteousness, provider, and peace. Exo 6:2-4, Isa 40:21-22
  • Enthrone the Lord God Jehovah over TACEF, The African Church, and our nation, Nigeria. Declare Him as our banner, shepherd, healer, righteousness, provider, and peace. Dan 4:17
  • Ask that the Lord go ahead of you in 2026 and make every crooked way straight. Declare Him as the Lord of hosts over your life. Isa 45:2
  • Thank God for 2026. Pray in the spirit and understanding, thanking God for the days ahead. Ps 31:15
